리커트 척도(A Likert scale, the Likert-type scale) 란 설문조사서의 각 평가 항목의 성격에 따라 찬성과 반대, 만족과 불만족, 인정과 불인정 등의 태도를 5개로 나누어 응답을 받는 방법이다.
각 평가 항목에 대한 응답자의 생각을 점수로 환산하는데, 가장 긍정적인 것에 높은 점수를 부여한다.
